Hi good day to all of you! Is there anybody that can asnwer my questions?On 15th of Oct. 2013 my fiance sent our petition at TSC and he received the NOA1 from CSC on Oct. 18th. I just came from my lawyer to file the petition for the K-1 visa and was told I cant file because I was still married at the time the relationship started, I thought as long as the divorce was finalized by the time I file the the petition it will be ok. Does anyone have any info that can help me. Thanks
