All,
Thank you for your imput and time! I now have and idea on how I would like to answer the question. I hope to send in my petition soon. waiting for my wife's signed G-325a form... in New York at customs. it's realyy encouraging to see couples get the NOA2 and Interview approvals here on VJ... I now this journey will be much harder without members like you guys to give advise, share or simply just provide some words of encouragement.
Regards,

hello VJ members,
I am US citizen and gathering my documents to file for my wife who lives Moscow. I would like some advise regarding question #21 on the I-130 form. "If filing for your husband/wife , please give last address in which you lived together". we tecnically have no lived together, I don't think two trips to Moscow will count as living together. How should I answer this question?
Regards,

CONGRATS! I'm so happy for you guys. I'm just starting the process now for CR-1 visa. hope to get it out this week.

No exceptions and in most recent state department cables and other discussions with USCIS they are looking strongly at the prospect of all I130 applications be filed in the US and eventually doing away with consular processing.
Good luck
Thank you for you time and answer. much appreciated.

Hello Everyone,
I'm a US citizen and live here in the US. working on my I-130 petition for a CR-1 visa for my wife who lives in Moscow. I was just wondering if there are any exceptions to the 6 month residency requirements in order to file my petition abroad at the US embassy in Moscow.
