so aprox how will it take for the interview

and time frame

NVC is a joke

submitted a NVC expedite process for my mother in law

because my father in law died

simply they did not even show  to consulate

simply they said that consulate did not accept 

NVC basically lied to us did not take any action

after 1 hour of email  of my sent copy

visa class IR5

just sharing FYI..

did anyone felt it same way what we are going through

nvc is completely joke

why state department do not do something about it

they are dumm people in NVC chair making us loose our hope

we been waiting for a while with no answer to our question when will this game will be over 

They do not send anything to the consulate even the first time either 

I think they re decline Al the request

June 22 2021 is the all document submission date 

date they review the doc was august 08 2021

twist to my NVC process is i have submitted all my documents correct and they still gave us RFE for my father in law

i have made the payment through Axis bank and it was successful so now here comes the Scheduling the Interviews for  Visa it says for Non Immigrant the First Date is October 1, 2020 so it that true but on the Status it says that it is forward 38 days so i assume  that days are off or accurate i want to get their visa before June 2020 or July 1, 2020 to July 14 2020 First week so they can come and Celebrate the Baby Shower for me and my wife on a such a auspicious day for Mumbai Consulate for USA ANY way to get away with this situation or will they consider a waiver this is first time visa for them

i m applying for my Mother in law and Father in Law for their Tourist Visa filled the Form DS-160 and register our new id and i got to the point where making the payment for the Fees it is not letting me to make the payment through USA it says that the payment needs to be made from INDIA Rupees can you please guide me what is fastest option to get the payment made and received by them and what are the steps i looked on line the information is so all over cannot follow the steps.

i m stuck where making a payment and Scheduling the appointment.

Yes i did 

we got out Biomatric letter on Saturday for april 18 2019 our office is Nebraska for I-751 

So how long is this process i filed for my wife on January 16 got the reciept letter on 29 and green card expred on march 7 still havent recived any letter for biomataric and local office was nevada office is taking care of my case and this is for india 

So when should start for plying for Roc if her green card is expiring on march 06 2019 how soon can i apply for her renew of green card

i have a good new i have a interview date on February 3 at Mumbai consulate and i will be there with my wife and Santa gave me my Christmas present late but it come true and i am so happy that i got out of the nvc mess and i hope to not see the nvc again in near future

THEY ARE SO SLOW IN THIS PROCESS AND THIS PROCESS SHOULD BE CHARMING IN NO TIME I HAVE NO IDEA Y ARE THEY TAKING THAT MUCH TIME TO PROCESS PEOPLE PAPER WORK AND WHAT IS THE LACK OF WORK THEY ARE DOING TO DELAY THE PROCESS PEOPLE VISA AND TO GIVE THEM UP TO DATE SERIVCES THAT THEY OFFER

good news i got my 3 n/a yesterday my case was completed december 8 and my scan date was october 6 and the document supervisor review was november 22 yeah so happy got out of nvc mass and back log
