Hey guys a little help here, on the cgi Stanley website I got this error message saying:
proceed with scheduling your appointment. Please ensure that you have been notified that your IV Case is ready for scheduling. If you receive an error message that your Case ID is not loaded, please be patient and try again at a later time.
What is this iv case I'd that they are talking about
