I got the updates yesterday guys, Getting closer

2-28-2011- I-130 Application Mailed to Chicago Lockbox

3-01-2011- Package Received

3-05-2011- NOA1 Electronic Confirmation Received via E-mail and Text/SMS Message

3-12-2011- NOA1/I-797C Hard Copy was Received (Priority date March 3rd)

6-27-2011- NOA2 Electronic Confirmation Received via E-mail and Text/SMS Message

?-??-2011- NOA2 Hard Copy Received

Congrats. the next wait for the case to be received at NVC - it is taking solid 2 weeks on average (10 business days). Ours done on 21st and we are still waiting.

we submitted our I-130 that was received by uscis on march 28, 2011. so far, nothing from them about NOA2. i want to call them to ask if someone can give me some idea. wonder if anyone here thinks it's too soon to call them? it's been like 3 months now.

I called them last week on mine, which our NOA1 date is 3/11/11 and it was still under initial review. It can't hurt to call in my opinion.

Did you guys setup your accounts USCIS and setup email and text alerts! If you haven't yet done, please do immediately. Also it is good to call them.

I think you will have to wait 5 Months before you can call them, I would suggest hang on it's coming soon

There is nothing wrong you did. If you have done, you would have received a RFE by now. Just be patient.

Sometimes primary background check result in hits (due to common names), which then requires a secondary detailed background check. That is the reason why USCIS advises us to mention all the names that were used in G-325A of your application under column "All Other Names Used ". This helps in quick processing. And sometimes it results in false hits due to program bugs and may delay a lttle. Sometime fingure print checks may have to done but in rare cases. Remember the checks are done on both the spouses - US and Foreign. So the answer is - it depends.

Once you cross 5 months, you will have hit the telephone and follow up vigorously. Untill that time just be patient. I know it is easier said than done.
