    My Husbands greencard came in the mail today! But no Social Secretary card yet..on Tuesday it will be a month.. should i go to the SS Office and apply even though I checked yes on ds 230....?

      And yes, go to a local SSA office and apply IMMEDIATELY! It's suggested on VJ to wait 3 weeks from POE to apply for a SSN (if you checked it off and it hasn't come).

    You can use a binder if you want but it really doesnt matter i just put all of my stuff in individual plastic covering sheets and mailed it out that way!

    JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH MY HUSBAND AND HIS VISA GOT APPROVED!!!!!!! :) I AM SO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!! FINALLY THIS LONG PROCESS IS OVER! NOW TIME TO BUY HIM A PLANE TICKET AND GET HIM HERE! :)

    Found a new joint sponsor for my husband now just gotta get everything together and mail it off today or tomorrow and call to set up yet another appointment for my husband to go to Skopje Embassy..

      haha...seems like everyone is doing the same thing today! i just commeted on another members post about her cleaning, repairing for her hubby's arrival, i've also been going overboard cleaning every nook and cranny of my house. they rpobab;y won't even notice half of it!lol...but as long as wee feel better that's what counts ;)

      Grats. Either today or early next week, you should get a case complete. Either call an operator or the AVR to confirm CC. Then in a few days or weeks (varies by country), you'll get your interview date by email :)

    Just got off the phone with an operator from NVC and they said that my missing information was my IV packet but I already sent it in.. and she said that its because they havent reviewed it yet...So it was a false RFE thank god!

    Called NVC's AVR today... and it said that my packet has been reviewed but I am missing info or documents :( I just hope I find out what they need on Monday because I leave Tuesday morning for a month to be with my husband in Macedonia!

    Hey gurlie! well you cant send your ds 3032 until you pay your AOS fee of 88 dollars and soon as u do that then you can use the template and attach the scanned signed copy thats what I did! :)
