      Exactly! It was one thing after the next with this one. They lost our marriage certificate, then after a year realized he needed another vaccine. None the less, I am thankful to be done for 21 months!!!

    You are just so much in my thoughts today. I wish I had the words to make you feel better. If I were oyu I would contact the congressman to see if there is anything they will do for you, but in the mean time plan that wedding. You know how much fun Nigerian Weddings are! I bet in the end you would be happy you married over there!

    I have been SO busy, between school, work, kids, this hellish adjustment (JK about the last one, kinda). Actually my semester ended so I have a few weeks of free time & thought I would visit my old friends here on VJ. For real though, I thought the visa part was hard, but NOPE adjustment wins hands down:) We are getting there though. What about y'all?

      I know it was. When you go back and think of the hell you went thru then look into his eyes or watch him sleep all you can do is close your own eyes and thank God for it all was in his wonderful plan.

    Oh Girl, this flight thing is CRAZY! I think we are just going to use a agent to book Emirates, but we want to have visa in hand first. We are looking at IAH late this month. They said he has to come in by Feb because his medical will expire. Glad to see you guys are doing so well!

    Thanks, I will try them. This flight thing is a lot more complicated then I thought! I THINK I found one on Emirates for 1300, but we want to make sure his visa is ready first. Glad you are enjoying each other!
