Yeah, I am from the mid west, Kansas but im going to grad school in the fall in IL so we will move twice in two months. Im excited to hit the states I havent lived there in about 3 years and cant wait for Salah to see all the good and bad of where I have grown up now.

Thanks so now I will post my story. We were told to pick up the visa on thursday. They never called his name and after waiting tell everyone got their visa we talked to the guy. He looked at his computer went inside and came back out. He said he was sorry and it was their fault. Com back tomorrow and you will have your visa. So friday came and we got it in hand. YEAH!!!

Hello all. I dont know where I should type this but i have a question. Im applying for a k1 visa and also will be going to Graduate School in the fall. I have an Assistantship. Is my assistantship considered taxable income? I really hope it is but if anyone has light on this subject could you please let me know. THANKS
