Please read through this: http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ph-niv-paymentinfo.asp
All the info you need on how to pay is there.
I got it! We paid the visa fee but when I tried to schedule my appointment they ask the ds confirmation number. Where can I find that?

OK, I fill out the DS-160 already but I have no idea how to pay the Visa. I know you have to go to the BPI bank, what kind of form to fill out again before going to BPI bank? The lady told me that its not the DS-160 form, and never explain what kind of form. IS there anyone who can help me what kind of form to fill out to pay the visa? Please help!

What if her mom married a US Citizen, does it helps or not?
-
hi
no, because the petition takes 2 years more or less, so by the time he would have his interview, he will be over 21, so he will pass to the next category
depending on the country he is from it will take many years and he must remain unmarried while his mom is only a legal permanent resident
I thought CSPA applies to unmarried under 21 yrs old and if you file it freezes the age.

Good Evening to everyone! I have a friend, she petitined her mom and she is here now, she just got her 10 yr green card. She have a son who is unmarried and age 20 yrs old, her son will turn 21 yrs old next year Oct 2016. My question are: 1. Is CSPA can apply to the petition of her son? 2. How does it works? 3. Does she need a form to apply for CSPA? Please help! Thank you...

Why? Because the OP asked in his other thread about adjusting dad in the US after he enters on a tourist visa.
You are correct! No worries, I did repetition my father for I-130 just filed last week.
Thank you....

While in general round trip tickets are cheaper, there have been posting in VJ from folks traveling from the Philippines that say it is cheaper to buy one way tickets.
As other's have said OP, better to buy a round trip ticket or two one way ticket to show that he will be returning back home.
Yes it is cheaper to buy one way ticket from Philippines to US.
Just an update I purchased round trip ticket guys.
Thank you for you suggestions...

Hi,
It's immigration fraud to enter the US on a tourist visa with the intent to immigrate by adjusting status. It's a VisaJourney TOS violation to assist you with this plan.
You may want to read Matter of Batista and Matter of Cavazos to understand the law.
Best of luck.
Can I petition him while he still in our country?

I have a question, my dad is traveling next week as tourist visa, can I adjust his status when he comes here? Or can I petition him now ( you think its not too late) then adjust his status?
-
THank you all for the replies I appreciate it!

My father have his Tourist visa approved Monday, my question is ; is it ok to buy a one way ticket or round trip ticket?
-
As you can see, they are not impossible to get, just very difficult. Glad this one worked for you.
The real key is overcoming the presumption of intention to immigrate. Usually if you have a valid reason to visit there, such as seeing family, and have things you don't want to abandon in the Philippines, like a good job, real estate, or something else of value, you will get it. But you have to think it through because I just oversimplified it a lot.
I think my father's case is different. I petitioned my father 4 years ago but after staying here in the US for 3 months he decided to go back to the Philippines and he abandoned his residency here in US. He surrender the 10 year green card then the C.O ask my father only three questions and never ask any papers or documents.
1. What are you doing in the US?
2. How many kids do you have in the US?
3. Why you don't want to live in the US?
After that three questions C.O told my dad to wait 1 week for your visa.

Cool
How long is it valid? How many days of entry does it provide him upon entry to USA?
I forgot to ask my father due to all excitement we felt lastnight.

Just want to say THANK YOU to all who help me on my questions about tourist visa. I just talked to my father and told me that his tourist visa is APPROVED!
-
You can complete the DS-160, but by law your dad must click the submit button, so once completed save it with a password and send the info to your dad.
Thank you so much for the help. I just talk to my father, his tourist visa is APPROVED! I appreciate all the people who helped me here. I have another question, does my dad need to attend CFO seminar or PDOS?

Hi,
These are my answers.
1. Yes, your sister can use your address and then change it after they bought a house. They just have to tell USCIS their new address and go to this link - https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/displayCOAForm.do
2. I answered your question about Civil Surgeon on your other forum "Civil Surgeon" - http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/547403-civil-surgeon/. Hope you read it I listed all the step by step process I did. The Medical examination is good for one year like for example your sister had her medical examination < 12 months until this time, there's no need to have a physical examination for civil surgeon. The vaccination report is important for the civil surgeon to fill the I-693 form. But again, going to a civil surgeon is optional especially if you have all the vaccination needed.
3. No, her husband does not need to fill up the form I-485 if he is a US citizen. I was the only one who fill up the I-485 form part but my husband did submitted the form I-864 (Affidavit of support part) . As for the G-325A, I also submitted my husband's G-325 A but I think it's just optional. You can wait on other VJs reponse on this. - http://www.uscis.gov/i-485
Hope this helps.
Thank you Sweet01

I have a lot of questions please bare with me. My sister entered as K1 visa and it's been 2 years now and she have not file for her AOS due to her husband's busy work schedule as Military. Now that her husband is not in the military no more they are ready to file AOS, but the problem is my sister is having a vacation and live with me for awhile while her husband is busy working in the slope and finding there house to buy. My questions are;
1. Is it ok to apply her AOS and use my address after they buy a house then change it?
2. Does she need to do the Physical exam for civil surgeon or can I go to the public health and do all the vaccination and bring it to civil surgeon?
3. Does her husband need to fill out the g-325 A and form I-485?
Thank you... Hope to hear answers..
