Filed for Removal of Conditions on Status, received NOA1 on 08/24/2015, dated 08/19/2015.

Been here for a little over one year now, got a job and preparing to file for removal of conditions in July 2015. Thanks to Allah Almighty.

As of October 17, 2013, I am finally with my wife in U.S.A. Thanks to Almighty Allah, I had no problems with the immigration checkpoints at any point during my flight.

Much thanks to Almighty Allah, after staying in AP for 6 months and 9 days, my status changed to "Issued". Allah (God) is very kind so have faith. Not to forget, I Love You my dear Wife

I desperately need a qualified joint sponsor. Any God fearing and able person out there, message me if you are willing and able to help. Thank you.

Had my interview on March 20, 2013. Not approved and put in AP because a joint sponsor is required.

Have you received your passport with visa yet?

Received Interview appointment today. Interview date is 20 March, 2013. May Allah help us.

Finally, a good news. My case has been completed at the NVC and now waiting for them to schedule interview.

Have sent my Birth Registration Record (Urdu) from Lahore Municipal Corporation and Birth Certificate from Union Council via courier. I hope they will accept it now and complete the case.

I only had 9 people attending my wedding due to some personal and family matters, my wife also did not want much attention. I only have wedding photos but no Ruskhsati and Valima. Our marriage however, has been consummated and and my wife stayed with me for 2 months. What other proof should I have?

How long did it take the NVC to complete your case after receiving DS-230 (immigrant visa application)?

Received e-mail from NVC on 11-22-2012 to submit DS-230 and civil documents. Had to wait for local Police Certificate and today on 11-30-2012 I have sent the package through courier. With Almighty Allah's help it will be a smooth ride.

NVC has received our case file and has issued a NVC case number, Invoice Identification Number (through e-mail). Thanks to Allah Almighty.

NOA2 - I-130 approved on September 24, 2012. Thanks to Allah almighty.

RFE response sent to CSC-USCIS, scheduled to be delivered to them today on September 7, 2012.

My wife called to inform me that her company where she works has asked for her marriage certificate. Her manager said it was the first time it happened as nobody was ever asked for their marriage certificate before. I guess some background checks are in process.

Thank you reelss and I Love Islam. We are preparing the RFE response and about to send soon. We are sending a copy of wedding invite, explanation of how and where we met, wedding pictures, other pictures, my wife's passport pages, letters / affidavits from friends, remittance receipts etc.

After 7 months, 1 week and 5 days USCIS finally reviewed our petition and sent an RFE. Now waiting for it to reach my address and see what they want.

No updates so far, still wandering in a blind alley.

5 months and more, called USCIS and they say they cannot take a Service Request as they are still doing Dec 16, 2011.
