still haven't received my son's case # yet

we were approved at the same date, July 7th, i got my case# on August 4th, still nothing for my kid until now
they said they've already got his file with them since 3 days ago and they're working on it, whatever! lol we haven't paid the IV Fee Bill yet, waiting for my kid's case# first to continue the process! argggggg...it's getting close already though -
