We have the ssn and green card. Now he's studying for his drivers license (OMG! drives too fast) We remove conditions in 2013. We thought if they dont' take the his degree then he would get a GED and go back to college(he wants to anyway to be up to US standards. Its a shame that they get all that education and it could somehow be useless when they come home to us. But we are fatihful. I can't wait to call UNCC.

he doesn't have to start ALL over as long as he has his deploma it'll count it's the degree thats tricky

you know you don't have to do that right? because your embassy is not 4-6 months behind like mine you will probably get your interview way before me and I've been waiting befor you too. So just be patient because this is a waiting game and i didn't send an e-mail i talked to a supervisor because of my husbands medical contidions and I was expedited at USCIS so she e-mailed my embassy that doesn't mean they will give me an interview sooner either. Nonetheless i've been wait...

since july for an interview and my husbands health is worsen everyday so if i can wait trust me so can you...

yes they are the thing is i don't know how long it usually takes them to review it and i don't know what's next either if its consultant the interview is schedule or if interview is schedule before that. i'm lost

Once the NVC completes the review, they will send it to the Embassy. NVC will schedule the interview in consultation with the Embassy. Your husband will also need a medical examination prior to the interview.

IT'S OK TO VENTILATE. I PRETTY MUCH SURE YOU GET A APPT FOR A DECEMBER. AFTER REVIEWING SOME OF THE TIMELINES FOR HAITI, IT SEEMS LIKE IT TAKES 7 TO 9 MONTHS FROM THE PRIORITY DATE.IF NO RFE
