Ok i've been at my Job from July 09, 2007 till now... BUT I started as a TEMP and hired on March 30th 2009.. So on my taxes as a temp says a different employer (temp service)..

WIll this be a problem? Should I write a letter explaining?

Also on my G325A Should I put:

Appleone (temp) July 09, 2007 to March 30th 2009

My job March 30th to Present??????????????????

3 day international shipping does not mean it reaches the recipient in JA in 3 days - It could take weeks / months - what are you trying to ship?

Jamaicans do not send mail to there house only to the closest post office. You must use the PO address or he or she wont recieve the paperwork they need. Just don't write PO.. Thats what I did and we had no problems.

The post office address is what i used then some one was telling me that I had to use there physical home address ( I know they ONLY use the post office so i was confused ) why cant you write PO?

He said that he doesnt have a house number just a street...

OK So what form do I put his MAILING Address (where the embassy send stuff 2) on? WHY cant they have addresses like ours lol....

I don't think they will If I'm not mistaken he has to have a physical address. Just put an address where he sleeps every night just to be safe. I'm sure more ppl will post and tell you the exact answer to this question.

Both forms ask for his address but the address he has is only to the Post office not a physical address.. Will they except that?

I'd say the key is to have all the paperwork requested! If they ask for form DS156, for example, they won't process you without this form, no matter how polite you are. If they're looking for 3 passport pictures, bring 3 correct passport pictures.

I know what u mean. I told him to go to a clinic. Someone else told me to have him go there cause that's where her fiancé did.

Looking ahead I noticed there is alot of places the beneficiary has to fill in of his past job history.. (DS-157 says fill in last two jobs prior to present job what should I do here if he's only had ONE job?)

My fiance (in jamaica) has worked at one job with his uncle for 4/5 years (as a musician under the table so no pay check) So will that be a problem when they check the paper work?

Do they really check about the job part? or are they more concerned about me having a good job?

I have a question about the K1- Visa...

My Fiance had all of his vaccinations when he was younger, his mother cannot find the papers for proof. We aren't sure on what to do about this problem. I know you're required to have proof of prior vaccination shots... So what now??

I told him he needs to go to a local clinic months before the medical exam and just show them the list of 14 vaccinations he needs. Do you think that would work? Or is there another way of getting the prior vaccination history? BTW the clinic he went to when he was a child isn't there anymore...

I'm worried he's going to have problems getting approved cause of this...
