Double check paperwork against each instruction sheet from the USCIS website and make sure the proper fees and documents are enclosed for each application. Sometimes it means duplicate information. They do not copy documents and send them to each department that's responsible for reviewing each section. Also make sure that each document is signed and you may include G1145 for text notification. I probably double checked a billion times .. I think that everything is there- the paper work is just so crazy, I wouldn't be surprised is we get an REF anyway, but so it goes, just glad to be together
