Woo, i just checked the police records because i remembered that he emailed them to me....Casellare Giudiziario Generale= check, Carichi Pendenti= maybe check? His says, CERTIFICATO DI CARICHI PENALI PENDENTI....hopefully thats the same. i was worried about this lol.

Congrats on your successful interview!!! Did they give you the visa right away or are they mailing it to you? Lol, i only ask because my man has his interview this coming wednesday! Oh, and did you have to fill out anything on your medical papers before going to the medical exam or does the doctor do all of that for you?

hey, did you have to get an english translation of your police certificates? And when you paid your visa fees, what did you do? Just walk into a BNL and say "hey, i neeed to pay for my fiance visa?" Sounds strange.

WAHOO! My lawyer got a notice from the NVC stating that "This letter is to let you know that within a week the petition will be forwarded to the Naples Consulate" !!!!!

Have you heard anything from the NVC yet? I'm getting antsy!

Well, i've read that naples is the only one that processes immigrant visas, HOWEVER....and i've seen this multiple places, the k1 fiance visa is a nonimmigrant visa and can be processed anywhere. If my lawyer is wrong, i'm gonna be pissed lol!

I wonder why no one (that i can find) has filed with the Rome consulate/////makes me worry just a little bit.
