Hey there...I was just panicking about my greencard and saw that you are in the same boat lol. I filed around the same time and mine got transferred also. Its past the 5 mo mark for me......but maybe this means it will happen soon. Did you have an interview? i haven't been scheduled anything/.

how are things going? I was just wondering if you have had any signs of life from your AOS. I'm starting to get antsy; we filed ours the first week of September and it looks like u filed a little before us. Ours was transferred over to the California Service Center a while back, so maybe thats a good sign.....anyways, just let me know how things are going so i know im not the only one lo...

Woohoo~! We did a walkin biometrics appointment b/c they scheduled the day of our rehearsal/dinner (for our church wedding) and everything went smoothly....no questions asked, in and out in less than 30 minutes~!

Hey have you thought about getting ur drivers license yet? Fabio and I went today to the BMV to change my name on my license and asked about him. They said he needs to do it before his I-94 expires or wait until he has the green card. So, long story short....get it soon if you dont want to wait forever!

If you are a K-1, the I-693 instructions state that you are not required to have another medical examination as long as your Form I-485 is filed within one year of your overseas medical examination. Regardless of if you are exempt from a medical exam, you are still required to complete certain portions of the I-693 and have a Civil Surgeon certify the form
