God is good.. we just expecting our NOA 2 it like july to august. but now i receive call from my fiance that he receive email that we are approved...

On June 24, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Got our NOA2 yesterday too, after only 80 days!

Super speedy! Just hope the embassy doesn't mind waiting a little while since I'm currently in the US till July 20 lol ;/

Probably so. We picked August so her visa would be good until Feb, to make sure we have time to get her to the US after my deployment.

HI! I would probably schedule my interview on august as well. ALso, I (the beneficiary) plan to leave early January 2011 since i want to spend my christmas and new year with my family. Can I just ask if the medical will still be valid by that time? I plan to take my medical on the first week of august and my interview on aug 25 or 26.

@Erica- I have heard that passport stamps and boarding passes are really important. Maybe you should send in the copy of your passport stamps?

this is true. we sent the passport stamps and boading passes. i believe this is a primary proof of having met in person within 2 years prior to the submission of I129F.

I dont usually post, but i follow our march 2011 thread.

I prayed early ds morning, "Lord, NOA2 today pls!" and He give it to us! TO our LOrd Jesus CHrist be the glory. He is so good!

I received a text and e-mal from the CSC that my k1 application has been approved.

I'm really happy and shared the news with my fiance. As expected, she screamed due to overwhelming excitement.

For those members still waiting, I hope you get yours soon! It looks like the CSC is moving along at a nice pace.

I sent my package on April 12th to Lewsiville, Tx., they received it on the 13th, but I haven't received any text/e-mail, NOA on the mail and the check has not cleared yet... what is going on??

it usually comes 1 week to a month after. dont worry.
