i just noticed that processing date for fiance visa under VSC is not moving/changing.... :'(

Its sad to read that couples are not withstanding the long distance relationship. Its sad that you guys came this far (NOA-2 in hand) and walk away now? im not gonna stand on my soap box, but i know theres a few people out there in VJ land that wouldve love be that couple with a NOA-2 in there hand. Im just sayin........

To my surprise... the agent told me we are approved as of July 1st.

Ive been feeling it all day, and it happened!!! I checked the USCIS website this morning and checked a a few minutes ago.....APPROVED!!!

Could not be approved... Not enough evidence???

I called Costumer Service today and they told me petition made it past Initial Review and that last week an officer was assigned to work on it. Another 30 days said the Tier 2 agent. Can anybody tell me if it will happen before the 30 days?

This week my petition will be approved. I know March is next...

Mondays are terrible because I always hope to hear something and then nothing.

Getting a bit anxious with all the NOA2's coming in and still haven't heard anything.
