Another update received from USCIS that the GC has been delivered on February 4. GC in hand! Thank you God! Won't have to deal with USCIS for another 1 year and 9 months...

Wow! USCIS even updated us through text and email that the USPS has picked up Patty's GC on February 2, 2012. I did not even know they went to this length as far as update on when the GC will be received! The GC should be on hand either today or tomorrow!

Holy cow! Interview yesterday for AOS @ USCIS Sacramento and we've already been notified that the card is in production!!! Woohooo!!!

The AOS interview was a breeze. We gave the IO all the evidence we carried with us. The IO only asked some basic questions. The IO told us that everything looks good and that if he needs anything else from us, we will be contacted via mail. We're looking forward to the USCIS update online about approval and card production!

Patty got her driver's permit yesterday. She only missed 4 out of 36 questions. Now starts the fun part of teaching her how to drive!

EAD/AP card in hand! Woohooo!!! Patty is excited and have already applied for jobs!!! Next is interview on January 27!

Received another notification of EAD/AP in production on December 30, 2011. Today another notification was received that the approval was mailed out. Patty should have her EAD/AP Friday at the latest!!!

Wooohoooo! EAD/AP in production as of 12/27/2011. As always, GOD's timing is always perfect!

Received an update from USCIS. Interview here we come on January 27, 2012 for AOS. Hopefully, it is Sacramento office instead of San Francisco. I don't like going to San Francisco because of traffic. May be the EAD/AP card will come soonish!!! Happy Holidays everyone and God bless!!!

Got Patty's biometrics done! It took an hour and 10 minutes to get to the ASC and we were there for 10 minutes. We did not mind as it was nice drive through Sonoma (wine country).

Hello sis, I think mas importante sa Delta Airlines ang hindi mag overweight ang checked in baggage mo kesa sa size. Ang POE mo ay kung saan 1st landing ng plane mo sa US and that is where kuhanin nila ang brown envelope na dalax2 mo. Remember fill up mo I-94 which will be given to you by flight attendant. Hello sis...depende kung pick up mo visa mo sa 2go outlet sa Manila or delivered to you sa probinsya. Mas mabilis pag pick up sa 2go outlet sa Manila. Kami 3 days lang pick up na sa 2go outlet sa MOA. Sa probinsya, normally 7-10 business days. Ang gawin mo tawagan mo ang 2go and ask kung ne release sa visa mo and when the expected delivery. Ganon ginawa namin.

Biometrics appointment on November 29, 2011 @ 3:00 pm. An hour and a half drive which isn't too bad!

Patty's AOS application will be mailed out today. Then, the waiting game begins...again...

Make photocopies of all your original documents. You also need photocopies of your passport bio data page and the visa and don't forget the 2 x 2 picture. The seminar itself is done in one place and then you have to go to another place which I think is the one in Quirino ave and get the sticker. It can be done in one day.

We've been back home since September 2. So nice to be with my babe. We will be going to our Social Security Office this Friday and then apply for our marriage license!

Packing today for our flight back to San Francisco tomorrow. Bittersweet for Patty. We will be stateside by 9:00 pm on September 2.

Visa in hand! Picked it up from 2Go office at Mall of Asia. It only took 3 business days. Ticket bought for Sep 2 and I will be flying back to SFO with my babe...thank you Lord!
