We've been in AP for 6 months and finally received a second interview date for next week. This was with the help of my Congressman. When my husband returns to the embassy, will there be any fees to pay? I paid all the fees last time, but my mind set is since we were in AP, no new fees. I've emailed the embassy to ask but would like to hear from others.

Thank you! It's been a long time coming! I wish everyone else still waiting a speedy NOA2.

Our petition was approved today!!! I called my Congressman to see what the status was since being transferred to NSC last week. I was surprised by the voicemail left stating Nebraska approved our petition today!!!

Lee's Summit is the NBC. That's so odd. Where was your file before this? It was my understanding that the files were being transferred FROM Lee's Summit to other service centers.... I'd call if I were you ! Let us know.
My case was at NBC, I called again today and got to speak to a Tier 2 who said my case was transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

My case was transferred to Lee's Summit, Missouri. This isn't a local field office for me. Any ideas why it would be transferred there instead of Detroit or Little Rock? I just put in a change of address a few days ago.

Our case was transferred to the local field office today as well. Glad that something finally is happening!

I have heard people say to wait for the NOID or NOIR after being denied at the embassy. We never received either one and waited to hear back. It was almost a year after our I-129f interview when I finally got a letter back from USCIS that our petition had expired. No explanation about why we were denied at the interview, no nothing! Just that we could refile. Luckily, I didn't wait for that letter, as I knew it would expire before I heard back from them. We got married and filed a I-130 about 7 months after getting married. Still waiting on our NOA2.

We're at the 5 month marker and still no NOA2

Thanks! Is it difficult to get a transit visa to the US? I see most flights layover in the US.

Do any Nigerians know what is required and the cost to obtain a tourist visa to Mexico? I'm wanting to go to Mexico and have my husband go as well. Hopefully its not as hard to get a visa to Mexico as it is to the US.

As a Post Partum nurse, she sounds as if she has post partum depression. Have you taken her to the Doctor recently? If not, I would call her OB/GYN and get an appointment soon.

I have been using them for over 2 yrs now to recharge MTN and Airtel for my husband.
-
Thanks Gowon. He has gone in an spoken to the MTN office, but it didn't result in anything but making him angry. I just thought I'd ask what others experience has been with MTN. Or if anyone has used the website to print off their call logs.
-
Anybody?

Per MTN's website it says that if you have lost your security number and pin, you can call customer service or go into one of the local offices. Per my husband, he is saying that its not that easy. That they aren't cooperating with him. I wanted the number so I could print off our call records from MTN. Any advice or information would be appreciated.
Thanks!

So, I called USCIS again today and asked when our petition would be transferred to a local field office. The agent said she didn't know but I should be receiving a biometric's appointment soon. Is this the normal progession of things?

We got a letter stating our petition had expired. They never addressed the possible revocation issue, etc. We were advised in the letter that we could refile. Hope that hopes.

I called to check on our petition today and asked what the processing time was. Was advised they are currently working on May 16,2012
