The expiration date on NOA2 does not matter, the consulate has the right to extend it if needed, so don't worry about that. The interview date should be scheduled within the next 1-2 months. About 15 days from now on, you can call DOS to check if the interview date has been scheduled.Good luck:)

Even answering Yes, will only take 1 or 2 more months to get the visa. I don't know how the consulate check whether someone is a CCP, if they find she is lying, then it could be something big. And stop paying since April, doesn't mean she is no longer a CCP.

So its not a realistic date I take it.
It's good to refer to, since I don't know where else I can get the idea of the approval date. When I just came VJ, our estimation was between Jul30 and Aug10. As VSC process faster, timeline estimated moved to Jun2-19, we got it on Jun21. It's so nice, when you are waiting, help you be patient

I'm the Jan filer too. It seems so random, even the same NOA1 date, NOA2 date can be in May or June, now July is coming...Just can count on luck...I need to remember what Father said: Love is patient. Good that my fiance is acting the calm one when I get anxious.

No, it doesn't affect the visa.

We're 6 days aways from our 5-month mark, will seek help from senator this week, hope he can help us find out the decision soon.

don't pay money for the medical test or interview, to prevent losing some money. stop the case immediately, apply for marriage visa, now it's pretty fast too, no need to take risk now.
-
when you know the interview date, you can try to email the consulate to re-schedule it to an earlier date, if someone cancels the interview, you might be able to get that date, but there is no guarantee.

Why don't you go to your fiancee's country and stay 90 days there to get known about her? So that she doesn't have to make such a big change in her life: quit her job, say goodbye to her friends and family, and deal with other administration things...If you're not so sure to marry/start life with her, I would think using the visa for a "testing" is really selfish.

Ahh...same date (01/25), give us hope too! Congratulations!!

...2 passport sized pics of him...
I'm wondering how many passport sized pics it really need. In the i-129F instruction,it requests one pic from petitioner, and one pic from beneficiary. Did we miss reading anything? So confused, thinking whether we will get a RFE too.

Besides I-129F, you'll be asked to fill your employment in the last 10 years in DS-230 later. And for the interview, you need to show them your most rencent 3 years' tax return and w-2 (though on the instruction it is 1 year's, VO will ask you to show them 3 years').

This is from the RFE Master List post:
"Primary evidence is documentary in nature: airline boarding passes, passport exit/entry stamps, hotel receipts, atm withdrawals in city of question, utility bills, apartment leases, etc.
Secondary evidence The USCIS defines secondary evidence as any documentation that can be used to supplement primary evidence but in itself cannot stand alone to prove ones assertions.
Photos are secondary; so are letters from relatives, neighbors or acquaintances, bus/train tickets and essentially anything that cannot be used to prove your point with a very high degree of certainty."
Even though it's said pictures are not the primary edvidence, I still consider it's very important, especially for those who have met only once then decided to apply for K1 visa in a really short time. Read some cases, during the interview, VO asked for this. Maybe your explanation letter will help in this situation.

Congrats! And good luck with the coming interview
