Finally after one year we are finally aprove and waiting for green card in the mail

One more thing i need to ask you? When you got approve did they send your file to local st. paul office to get decision or not because tier 2 said ours is sent to our local office and we will get interview and he said its require for k1 applicant? I just need to know if they sent your file to local office or not so i will have in mind if we will get interview or not..

can i ask you? Did you guys get a interview or straight up approval for green card. We are from St. Paul and still waiting for green card approval..

info pass apointment was a success they generate biometric appointment for hubby and told us the ead was approve already but without the biometric they couldnt do the work permit card...

Even though it's not much ..glad there's a "touch" on our case, at least they are doing something with our case

Tier 2 said his I-765 is approve so lets hope the work permit is coming soon...

No we paid the fee at the NBAD bank, but we receive a packet 3 information wit apooointment date by email and we just follow the step on the packet 3 but i think this year they change a couple procedure so i think you dont pay the fee at the bank anymore..
