I am also submitting my I-751 package and also kinda of in same situation as you were.
I live with My In laws therefore no mortgage or rental agreements.
could you please provide me the statement you wrote in your letter from the parents stating you/your wife lives with them etc..
this will be very helpful

Sorry Greatk I did not see your message until just now. Did you submit your I751 package already?
Even if you live with your in-laws you can still have a landlord-tenant relationship with them.
You live with them so a rental agreement with your parents as landlords and you and wife as renters will be valid proof of residence.

Hey Jim how u doing....
today i had my GC interview.
It was a wonderful experience and the officer was very nice...my wife and she were talking as if they were friends ;-)....
I got approved with a conditional GC...she instructed us to make sure have combined finance expense etc so that we can show these on our i751 interview....

Bro thanks a lot for your imperative and critical advise.
My Application for i765 has been accepted and card order/production updated on the USCIS site.
I485 status is not updated yet but i am assuming as i765 and i485 are related therefore it is also approved/accepted.
Will post you after knowing the status of I485 and I130 applications.

Hi i have sent i130/i485/i765.
I have recieved RFE for submitting my(beneficiary income tax return) coz i showed my income as well.i started in 2010 nov and filed it two weeks ago therefore it has only two months income only and its not recieved by IRS. shouls i submit the copy i filed to IRS with W2 and 1099 forms? Please advise
