Rezq and I are having a baby!!! The baby is due June 6, 2014! We are so very happy! We'll be filing the removal of restrictions next year as well! It will be a wild year but a great one! So blessed!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!! God has been so good to Rezq & I. He brought Rezq to America April 21. On April 28 we were married in my church & July 1 in the Orthodox church. October Rezq got his green card. November we bought our home - the American dream! December God provided not one job but offered Rezq 3!!! Two of them full-time with benefits. He's working one of the full-times now as a baker and starts the second one at the hospital on ...

Rezq has a job interview tomorrow with the local hospital! He's very excited! We got moved into our home on the 16th of November! It is such a lovely home and I can just see our children running around it when God grants them to us. Thank you all my dear friends for your support and prayers!!

Oh happy day... Oh happy day.... My Rezq got his green card on the 29th of October in the mail! We are so very happy! Still waiting for the house to close but it is supposed to happen by the end of the month! Hooray!!

Still waiting for Green card and work authorization! We have been blessed though as this period where Rezq can't work has kept our income down low enough that we qualify for a special loan on a home! Hopefully we will be in our home and his AOS will be done around the same time! God is good!

Biometrics scheduled for the 30th! That was fast! Of course, with my love here with me the waiting isn't as bad like before!

Rezq is leaving Cairo at 9:30 am his time, 2:30 am my time tomorrow morning! Wow, it seems so surreal that he will be with me soon! It has been such a LONG wait and I cannot wait to be face to face once again! Thank you Lord!

Thank you both for your encouragement!! Yes, it is a long wait but it is very worth it.
I think in some ways I am doubly blessed (even though I'd rather be with Rezq right now!) because this time has given us a way to grow closer to one another and to know one another even better than we would have before. We've spent so many hours upon hours day after day talking about anything and everything. So it is a blessing! I am hoping that Rezq will be scheduled for... -

Problems in Egypt might slow our paperwork way down! I just read on the embassy page that they are releasing their workers early today. Rezq tells me that if this continues that they might close down the embassy for several months until it stops. Need lots of prayer!!

Praise the Lord!! Our petition has been approved!! The NOA2 was put in the mail on November 2nd!! HOORAY!!!
