    good day to all!

    just changed my address in a couple of days but then my husband received a letter from USCIS for my interview schedule but I'm already here in hawaii and my interview will be in baltimore. Ive been calling the USCIS customer service center but I can't speak to a live representative. please help me how do i go and call them to inform them about it so they could schedule an interview here in hawaii. thank you in advance.

    hi everyone!

    just have a question before i file for my renewal of EAD. there is a question in form I-765 WHICH USCIS OFFICE? what should i put there? the uscis office where i'm filing or the uscis office where i filed my EAD before? please help... and also i'm still not sure where will i send my renewal of my EAD coz we now live here in hawaii before we live in maryland and my receipt number for the I-485 to adjust status starts with "MSC".. please help me.

    Change of address

    I wouldn't worry about the AR-11, as far as I know the AR-11 and the change of address online is the same thing. As the instructions state if you move you can change your address online.

    But I would definitely call them just to confirm, at that point you've covered your bases, the worst that can happen is the helpline person can request you fill in the form.

    Confirmed, the AR-11 document on the USCIS website state you can 'also change your address online'

    Change of address

    Thank you for youre response. Do i also need to submit an AR-11 form change of address and send to uscis office? Or just the online and then call them after?

    If it was me, I would do it now, then do it again when you move again (I always interpret the instructions literally, as it says, "If you move during this process you should change your address online".)

    I would wait 24 hours after you do that and then call the USCIS helpline here: 1-800-375-5283

    I've read on this forum that when you call they usually request a written letter along with the online change of address.

    Hi guys! Hope evryone is doing fine.. I've been waiting for my adjustment of status feedback since it was transferred to california center until now i havent heard anything. Its been exactly 4months now since i recieved my EAD last january 30. If i'm not mistaken my case was tranferred to CSC last december last year. What is happening to CSC? Anyone who has the same timeline as me got theyre green card already? Thanks to you all godbless!

    Hi guys! hope you all had a wonderful holidays! I just received a letter from USCIS and stating that they transferred my case I-485 at the California Service Center is this a good news or a bad news? for those who experienced this does your case processed faster when they transferred or no? I was just wondering how many more days, weeks or months you waited when transferred your case? Hope I'll get an answer from all of you guys and especially for those who experienced this. thanks much and god bless us all!

    hi everyone! hope u guys are doing okay. i just have a question regarding the I-864 form affidavit of support, we do have two kids the other one is already citizen the other one is in the process to be a citizen. our eldest son is dependent of my husband while the other one is not yet. do we still have to count our 2nd son in the affidavit of support? or we dont have to since he is not yet dependent of my husband but ofcourse he do support our second son. our second son is in the philippines right now. thanks much and god bless us!

    hi there rocky350! this is not actually a response to your post, but still has something to do w/ K1. I hope you won't mind me asking you if when did your partner filed your petition? I'm just curious of the length of the whole procedure since you've mentioned that you had been interviewed last Sept.22. Just to give you an overview of our case- my fiance filed the petition last Aug.1, 2011, and until now we're still haven't received our NOA1.

    hi rieziel! my fiancee sent the petition last april 23, 2011 and we received our NOA1 last may 2,2011. then we received our NOA2 last july 18, 2011 then the consulate here received our packet from NVC last august 17, 2011. then i had my interview last sept 22. it took me 5months to finish this process till my interview now im just waiting for my visa to arrive. goodluck to you on ur journey.. god bless hope you receive ur NOA1 soon...

    HI GUYS! HOPE UR ALL DOIN OKAY.. JUST HAVE A QUESTION REGARDING THE POE. WE WROTE IN THE FORMS THAT THE POE OR WHERE WERE GOING TO STAY WILL BE IN HAWAII BUT RIGHT NOW ME AND MY FIANCEE IS TALKING ABOUT CHANGING IT. SUPPOSED TO BE WERE GOING TO HAWAII BUT NOW WERE PLANNING TO JUST GO TO BALTIMORE, GET MARRIED THERE AND STAY THERE. IS THERE GONNA BE A PROBLEM IF WE GO TO BALTIMORE INSTEAD OF HAWAII? I'M DONE WITH MY INTERVIEW TODAY AND I WAS APPROVED. THANK YOU SO MUCH AND GOD BLESS!

    thanks everyone for all of ur replies.. so i guess ill just have my medical on monday and tuesday coz what i know i should have my medical a week after my period. when u say a week it should be after 7 days right? God bless us all

    My friend did the same thing you're planning and there's no problem with that. She's already approved. The SLEC will forward your results right away to the USEM. Besides, you will indicate the date of interview on your medical.
