Hours away from Bees Medical Exam..getting closer..

thanks again Andy,I had to send my divorce papers to USCIS to there request for evidence before they approved Noa2,so far on tract recieved a case number yesterday an Bee goes tommarow to get her medical exam.

Hello Daryl ,when does the I 134 come into play?here at NVC or at the US consulate in Bangkok?I have it ready to go,Letter from employer,pay stubs,Bank letter,w2s,an statements.im worried because i spent 2 years in thailand 08 an 09 an came back an just started working again in November 2010.08 was still a good year made 56k,you think i will be alright?please hit me back when you can.thanks matt

Congrats Andy,Im just waiting to hear back from the NVC now,with a case number,i down loaded the I 134 an filled it out an sent out all my info to bee,tax docs pay stubs letter from the bank etc.Hopefully will hear from the NVC soon.We have a half #### Thai lawyer that is some what helping Bee on her end.he is getting all her forms such as Ds 230,ds 156,ds 156k,an ds 157 ready so as soon as we get
