    Approved w/ a minor issue. He has one vaccination to receive. Once he gets that hes good to go!!! Im happier than ever. Thanks to renee, sheree and carolina for being my rock when i need it. The journey isnt over but this part of doing alone is. God is good!!!!

    did anyone submit their I 129 F on feb 28? I did and i received the noa1 in march 5th and then nothing, I have been reading that some people that submitted on jan already received noa2, does that mean we are gettin closer to receive ours?

      You mean this serious? We received our NOA1 march 8th, and now it'll take 5-6 month. Take a look at Igor's list: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?cfl=

      at the moment K1-petitions from october (VSC) and november (CSC) are processed. Try to be patient. I know it's hard! Good luck!
