your correct, I called the IRS, it has to be paper filed for first time. its a NO HIT and they could not go further with security questions due to it never being in the system.

My vacation bid was only for that month, I have to bid vacations a year in advance, plus I am in process of a secondary job and I will be on job probation for 6 months.
I am an operations manager and I run a shift, so I cannot network.
Either way I hope I can get a date before my second job training starts, so I can try to take time off.

I just downloaded the Chinese Consulate Affidavit of Single status, had it notarized locally and then sent that notarization to the Secretary of State (CA) and got it notarized again, and brought it to the Chinese Consulate for notarization and autorization. I then took it to China to the local Hukou and they accepted it. They did not bother with my certified copy/notarized divorce decree which was also notarized and given a seal from the consulate, They did not even want to review it or accept it. and just approved my marriage.
