Well I just called USCIS and talked to a nice man. Ofcourse my answer was that they are currently processing petitions from Jan 9th and that If I don;t hear anything in the next 25 days then to call back.
Hey lady! Just checking in to get an update... I keep watching for your NOA2. This may be a stupid question, but have you specifically asked to file a status request (or whatever they call it), since you're obviously past the 5-month mark?
Thank you sooooo much and yes I did, and the guy said I had to wait another 25 days because they were doing Jan 9th petitions. I will call before the 25 days, lol
