    Hello guys! Can smebody give me a guidelines for AOS? I enter USA using K1 visa last april 20 then we've got married last May 02.. So what's next AOS right? What forms do we need to submit? We don't know where to start? It's too expensive to hire an attorney for this... Can somebody please help us?..thanks in advance I badly need your guidelines...;(

      Submit the form I-485 for AOS. You also have the option of submitting forms for AP and EAD. The EAD will allow you to work and AP will allow you to travel outside the US while you wait for AOS. However, you likely will not receive the EAD and AP for months.

      @ryan oh the I-485 and I-765 for ead and G325A? Only...? How about I-130? We don't need that or we must also fill it up? Thanks Ryan a lot ! ;)
