Dear Sir/Madam, Our record indicates that petition in the subject immigrant visa case has been returned to National Visa Center on July 17, 2013 with a recommendation for cancellation/revocation. The petitioner in this case will be contacted by USCIS once they have received this petition. Please note that no further correspondence is required with our office. Congressman said our 180 days is up in March 2013. We should have heard something by then. As of today, we still don't know why we were denied.

9/10/12 Received a NOA 1 that file was sent to California Service Center where they will make a decision on our case.

My husband received a 212(A)(5a)on it looks to be a green paper. The code is all wrong so we dont really know why he was denied yet. Our Congressmans office also dosent know about the code because it is wrong and we have to wait to receive the letter back from the Embassy. Sorry I cant offer any more info than it because we just dont know.

Got a Text message from NVC on September 10th. Our case is logged back in and we can now check it online

My Congressmans office got back to me today and our case was received by NVC on August 29th and they forwarded it to CSC. She is inquiring now with CSC to make sure they have it and will let me know.

We try to call embassy to know about our case but i never reach to any responsible person following the tape instructions will bang the phone in the end by saying thank you for calling islamabad embassy.My hubby call 3 time but no info yes i also feel that they throw our file in trash and forget that we are also wating check every day mail lot of time that may be they send mail but now its 60 days and still stand on zero point.feel like cry.

How are you?? Anything new? Once file is back at NVC we will get a NOA1. So lets pray we get that notice sooo quickly. All my prayers go out to everyone who going thru this nightmare process...

We are as fine as can be dear. Still waiting for letter as to why our case denied. Our hearts are hurting and we just trying to get by now and preparing for a fight of our lives. Inshallah our appeal will get approved. We just want to start it as quickly as possible.

Times are hard dear.....we are waiting to get letter from embassy as to why the case was denied. The congressman's office is helping us. We are trying to digest all of this...Pardon my absence but I am still here and support each and evryone. Inshallah we all can be reunited with our spouses.

Our file is going back to NVC here in a few days then moving back to California Service Center. We are devastated. Congressman's office called me today....at least we know where we stand for the moment.

I do think you should consider this as i have NEVER seen three denials in such similar circumstances from this embassy before... and three within days of eachother.. you should all get together and discuss the similarities of your case and see what can be done.. talk to a senator ask them... maybe the procedure wasnt followed correctly

i wish we could do some thing i miss my husband a lot i hope all three of us files were move to NVC at the same time with little time difference i dont think that senator will do any thing in this matter .But one thing for sure that we all face and over come on this problem very strongly with the help of Allah.

As you know my husband and I were also denied under same code. Also 2 men before my husband was called up were also denied. BUT 2 women were approved. So not all bad news for couples. As I cry typing this inshallah some couples can get a life together and be happy. Wonderful news! As for the men....my prayers are with all of you.

After talking with my husband they don't believe we have a real marriage. The person who called him up first told my husband she said you are today whole(hot)topic and asked why we send all those pages. She pulled our application from it and gave it all to my husband and told him to take it all home. A black woman interviewed him and she appeared to be mad at my husband and taunted him through all 3 interviews. She told him straight out that she was going to denial our application. 2...

as much as I feel sorry for you and your husband that you have to go through this, I cannot help but think that it is wrong that you mention black woman both here and on your timeline. His denial has nothing to do with whether she was black or not, so why even point that out? would you have written white woman if that was the case? not appropriate if you ask me. Just saying. Hope things will work out for you guys. Good luck!

is it possible for you to contact DOS and NVC and write an email and describe your situation. please don't waste time do it quickly and launch a complain against that lady, and make sure you write her full name with correct information of consulate. you guys should write an official complain against that lady in embassy too.

We are in the process of getting everything together....Congresswoman is ready to contact the Embassy as soon as I get a written statement from my husband tonight. Inshallah we can get this issue resolved fast. Otherwise I am going to hire an Attorney to file a suit against homeland security. That Simple!
