Dear Sir/Madam, Our record indicates that petition in the subject immigrant visa case has been returned to National Visa Center on July 17, 2013 with a recommendation for cancellation/revocation. The petitioner in this case will be contacted by USCIS once they have received this petition. Please note that no further correspondence is required with our office. 08/29/2012 File received back at NVC and forwarded to CSC
09/10/2012 Received a NOA 1 & Text Message that file was sent to California Service Center where they will make a decision on our case.
05/29/2013 Reaffirmed by USCIS without any appeal process

07/11/2013 My husband sent in packed 3
07/17/2013 Embassy refused our case yet again without an Interview cancel...

How are you? Any news on your case? I sure hope so. Our case has not even left ISL Embassy yet, we receieved an email last week.

came home from the most wonderful vacation with my husband ... spent every moment with him and the family... missing him madly but came home and within one day received a promotion at work and have been so busy with training that while im missing him madly it wasn't the only thing i focused on... still waiting to hear good news but our marriage is strong and loving and that's all i could ask for

Missing him badly only 60 days pass 120 days still have to go tough time i really give up all the hopes i dont know how people get there visa very easily .2 years we are apart for no reason .i can just cry thats all i can do .(

He visit me after 4 month of his first visit and we had great time with each other .Now dont know what USCIS will ask for i got my bank account there in US and also my NTN number too.but i dont know weather it helpful for us or not.Now seriously i miss him a lot we got last mail form them(USCIS) in last nov 2012 since then no responce from them.Feeling like i die during this wait time and they will never responce.(

Congressman said our 180 days is up in March 2013. We should have heard something by then. As of today, we still don't know why we were denied.

he's missing the first snow of the year here...

Happy New Year. I pray that 2013 will bring us all some happiness and end our waiting. I just can't imagine another year of being apart. No news yet. It has been over 6 months and they still have not sent our file back to the States.

Looks like there has been some great news on the AP tracker. I am really very happy for everyone that has received their visa...Congrats. For all of us that are hanging on to hope, EAbbas, Carolynhotstuff, Aisha & Wajid, Anas & Ayesha plus everyone else that have been apart for years, I pray for us all. Fiance had his interview yesterday. It seemed fine. The CO told him that he will be placed on administrative processing. Then they gave him 221(g). Does anyone know what 221(g) means for Pakistan?

My husband just had another Birthday without me there to celebrate with him. Our 2nd anniversary is in 3 weeks and once again we will celebrate apart from each other. No news of our case making it back to the NVC yet....still waiting. This process can make us sad, lonely, depressed and miserable but it cannot and will not ever stop us or make us give up.
