07/17/2013 Embassy refused our case yet again without an Interview and set our file back to NVC
07/20/2013 NVC returned out file to USCIS
09/29/2013 To date USCIS has not entered our case back into the system and no one knows where it is!

Our file is going back to NVC here in a few days then moving back to California Service Center. We are devastated. Congressman's office called me today....at least we know where we stand for the moment.

  I do think you should consider this as i have NEVER seen three denials in such similar circumstances from this embassy before... and three within days of eachother.. you should all get together and discuss the similarities of your case and see what can be done.. talk to a senator ask them... maybe the procedure wasnt followed correctly

  i wish we could do some thing i miss my husband a lot i hope all three of us files were move to NVC at the same time with little time difference i dont think that senator will do any thing in this matter .But one thing for sure that we all face and over come on this problem very strongly with the help of Allah.
