07/17/2013 Embassy refused our case yet again without an Interview and set our file back to NVC
07/20/2013 NVC returned out file to USCIS
09/29/2013 To date USCIS has not entered our case back into the system and no one knows where it is!

  is it possible for you to contact DOS and NVC and write an email and describe your situation. please don't waste time do it quickly and launch a complain against that lady, and make sure you write her full name with correct information of consulate. you guys should write an official complain against that lady in embassy too.

  We are in the process of getting everything together....Congresswoman is ready to contact the Embassy as soon as I get a written statement from my husband tonight. Inshallah we can get this issue resolved fast. Otherwise I am going to hire an Attorney to file a suit against homeland security. That Simple!
