Hope you guys hear something soon.

  2. Still alive and kicking, just haven't been around here in a loooonnnggg time.

  3. I hope you notice this Nyren. We're very close to New Brighton, just 5 to 10 minutes away. The wait always feels long, I remember that so well. Once you're together, it will seem like it flew by. Make sure you enjoy your family and friends as much as possible during this wait. You'll miss them once you get here. Also there are many Filipina in this area. I didn't even know it un...

  4. Hi Nyren

We live very close to New Brighton, its maybe 5 to 10 minutes away from us. We're in Circle Pines, MN so its just a bit further out into the suburbs. She's been here about a year and a half now. She's originally from Davao City. The wait always seems crazy long, no matter if cases are going fast or slow. But when you finally are together, it will seem like it went by t...

  5. My wife is determined to get me fat since she got here and succeeding. Meanwhile she has gotten even sexier.

  6. Yes we did Minae. When the service request came back with the standard form letter, we had both a congresswoman and a senator check into the case for us. I've seen others that have finally gotten green cards after the congressional contact, so guessed it wouldn't hurt. Also if the USCIS is truly under staffed to do things in a timely matter, our elected officials should be made aware of...

  7. No response yet, but its only been two days. Since the same person who is supposed to have the AOS is supposed to reply, I'm not expecting a fast reply. Hopefully it will get him/her to actually work on our AOS.

  8. Hi Ann, we're in Minnesota

  9. My wife is from Davao City.

  10. Hi My True Love,

Yes, we're not too far from each other, per your profile. Hope your process goes smooth and quick.

  11. You got an RFE on your AOS, that means you should have your green card as shortly after you get the paperwork they need back to them. We've heard nothing since the EAD came. ITs just a long waiting game.

  12. Juna's interview went very easy. Between the I-129F and the RFE having so much information, they didn't ask to see a single document. Trickiest question was the ages of my children, but we practiced all the questions we could find in here and elsewhere which the counsel has asked others. We spent about 5 hours during the previous week, Juna answering and I asking the questions over and ...

  13. Hello Southcalhog

What was it not for is more like it. They acted like I had sent in nothing. Proof of Citizenship, they don't like Minnesota Birth Certificates. Proof of visit, domestic ticket boarding passes in Philippines and pictures together didn't count. Had to resend letters of intent to marry, they were in the original. And details of our relationship history. lol
