hi just going to send in my I29F which texas address do i send it to i'm just going to send it through the post office but it will be in a small box, the fee is still 340 right? i checked the site but i've heard of them rejecting checks saying wrong amount, does anyone know what service center it goes to after that i live in california

ok so i checked the uscis website and the filing fee says 340 and i'm going to send it to the dallas lockbox facility i'm just sending in the inital application, is this all correct? i remember hearing a while back that they would send back the application cause the amount on the check was incorrect like they were not aware that the fees are less than what they used to be, I live in california so do they transfer it to california service center after that or is it just wherever they decide?thanks

oh thanks my fiance already sent me a signed and dated statement on how we met do you think there would be a problem if i just added it on both the letters on the top handwritten

hello i have a question do you have to put the address of where you are sending the inital application on all paperwork or any of it, as i already have my statements of how we met printed and dated and signed but i did not put an address on them i'm confused cause have not heard about this until today just want to make sure everything gets done right can you please tell me where i have to put the address of what and what papers they should be on thanks for helping

hi i was reading the instructions for sending in the k1 visa and its says you need a copy of the returned check for proof of payment how do you get this after you have sent it off? thanks for helping

Hi i'm in the process of putting in my K-1 petition i'm currently in school right now and unemployed so thats all on the application my mom is going to be a cosponsor for my fiance so i was wondering do i have to submit those papers with the application or do those come at a different point in time thanks for ur help

The date does NOT have to be same when you sign all of the documents.

Hi i'm new around here me and my fiance are getting ready to sent in the k-1 petition and i wanna make sure i'm filling everything out correctly i remember hearing somewhere about the dates on the forms like on the part where you sign and date i mean at the bottom having to be the same like the petition and biographic info? is this the same for the letters that me and my fiance have to write does the date have to be the same on all pages etc k-1 biographic and letters? thanks to anyone for ur help
