We got our first NOA on Friday, May 27th. We are now putting the finishing touches on the I-129 package. Progress feels GOOD!!!

There isn't much going on with news from the Embassy today, but I thought I would drop a few lines of encouragement to everyone. It's only been a month but everyday I check with the hope of some miracle happening...I can't stand this distance any longer. Sometimes I feel like jumping on the next flight out of here and just being with him. We will be together again in 49 days but thinking that I will have to leave him once again is a horrible thought. The only thing that keeps the hope alive is that God willing next time will be the last time I will have to leave his side. I miss him so much...

I feel for you, dear. It's getting harder and harder everyday...everyday we hope and pray for some news coming along...some days are ok, some days really REALLY sucks..and you can't even stand the thought of him being away. Alex&Joan is right, it's those little things that we miss, those things that "regular" couple take for granted. The morning kiss, that feeling of comfort being on his arms...the simple presence of him. We gotta hold on ladies! Let's overcome...
