You should send the paperwork and on the cover letter put your medical exam date and they will send you your interview letter after they receive your medical result.

I had few problems with fiance and broke up just before the K1 visa interview so i did not go to the interview but we have now resolved our issue and are back together again and was wondering if it is still possible for the embassy to give me another interview date or if the application will be cancelled?

Can someone please tell me how long does the London embassy keep the passport when issuing a visa - i have my interview on the 22nd June and i have to travel the 30th for a week end but i am wondering how long the embassy keep the passport for?

As a woman, i am sorry to say that this is unacceptable behaviour from your fiancee....looks like she wants you for the money.

She does not need to have the vaccination record, if she has got it she can take it with her so that they can check what vaccination she needs. and she does not have it she will have to pay for the vaccination required for her age group.

and yes the vaccination is compulsory for when she applies for the AOS not for the K1.

My USC fiancé filed for a petition for me a UKC and i was preparing all the document for the interview and when i have been sent my birth certificate, i saw that my mother's name is different from the name i wrote on the filing application, so i asked my dad and he informed me that the name on the birth certificate if for my real mum which i never knew and the name on my application is for my late step mum which i always thought was my mum.

What should i do now the application is already in the process and i am still waiting for the NOA2 it has been 5 months now?

Any advice will be very appreciated.
