  1. 1- make sure to make the evidence cover the entire marriage.[ for ex. send a bank statement for each quarter]

    2- what about 2012 taxes.

3- what about a rental lease agreement, if you lived with parents make them write an affidavit that you guys lived at their house with dates

4- Don't worry about the address part.

Thank you for the quick reply, and help.

    1- check!

    2- She wasn't here in 2012. Entered 2/05/2013.

3- I stated in cover letter "Copies of our lease agreements showing joint occupancy". Should I add rental in there?

4- Thank you, for providing some relief by saying that. lol!

  2. Hello,

It's that time where we need to file the I-751. So I'm trying to put together everything and looking for a little help on making sure I have everything correct and I'm providing enough evidence.

Here is the cover letter I have put together.

RE: I-751 JOINT PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF STATUS ON:

    Dear USCIS examiner:

Enclosed please find a JOINT I-751 petition for removal of conditions of permanent resident status regarding name. name entered the US on a CR-1 visa in February 2013. Enclosed also please find the following documents to verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship:

    Sincerely,

    Both names signed.

    -----------------------------------------------------

Also couple questions that someone maybe able to help me with answering, please.

We only have one Affidavit from my parents who we also lived with once my wife came to the USA. But we have moved out and on our own now. Is this something we should add in even tho we only have one affidavit and its from family?

Last question is that, like many other people forgot to notify of address change. And I'm little worried that may be a problem. I just did the AR-11 online and I have the I-865 form all done and ready to send out this week. I put in a apology letter stating how we didn't know about the I-865 form until we started putting together the I-751 packet. Anyone think this will be a problem for us?

Thank you, and any help would be greatly appreciated.

PS: if there is anything else we could add to our cover letter that may be of help if what we have now isn't good enough, please let us know. :)

  4. Hello, my wife has her interview in Montreal next month.

For the medical exam, only can be done in Toronto or Montreal? She lives in Windsor. Is it able to be done there?

Also for anyone who has had interview in Montreal what are the typical questions asked? is there a topic on this already? if anyone could help, would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

  5. Hello, so we got our interview date for next month in Montreal. I'm very surprised how fast and smooth this has gone so far.

But I have a couple questions. They didn't give us any information in regards to a medical exam. The email said the applicant must bring the medical examination results to the visa interview in an envelope sealed by the medical office. But we never got any instructions on where or what kinda medical exam we need to do? any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

My wife lives in Windsor,ON. Is there a place we can go here for the medical?

Also anyone who has done a interview in Montreal have any tips for us or could provide what they ask and questions? be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

  6. Hello, just compelted and sent in EP petitioner packet and just want to be sure this is all I need for the beneficiary IV packet. Note: We are doing EP.

    DS-230

2 photos to accompany the DS-230

    Marriage certificate

    Police Certificates

    passport biographic page

    birth certificate

Is this everything i need to send for EP? I read somewhere that i also need 2 photos for the medical? but I'm doing EP so do i need that considering just be a copy of the other 2 photos for ds-230?

    Thank you!

  7. Hello,

I sent the DS-3032 to NVCINQUIRY@state.gov. From the petitioner address will that mess anything up? or should it have been sent from the beneficiary email?

Also I wanted to do the electronic processing. I sent a email stating that. But haven't heard anything about it so I dunno what email to send everything too.

Do I need to wait for a email from them or anything in regards to the electronic processing? or can i just start scanning and sending them the information?

I got email from NVCINQUAIRY, saying "We received the Affidavit of Support Processing Fee payment(s) for this case. You must now download and complete the Affidavit of Support form(s)."

I paid the AOS bill but still not able to pay the IV bill yet. I have the i-864 completed, and I really dunno what email i should send it to, or should i just wait till i hear back from them?

    Thank you

  8. So I finally got my Case ID, IIN, Beneficiary ID number.. :D

    DS-3032 and DS-230

    Marriage certificate (original?)

    Police Certificates

Four (4) Passport size photos (2in.x2in.) (5x5 cm) from beneficiary

    Beneficiary’s passport biographic page (Photocopy)

    Beneficiary’s birth certificate (Certified)

    Completed I-864 signed

    Original Employment Letter

    Last 3 years Tax transcripts

Can all this be sent online to them? and just bring originals to interview? or do they need us to mail it to them?

    Thank you

  9. Hello, so we got approved on our NOA2. I been trying to call them and I also sent a email and they replied

"The NVC recently received this petition. The appropriate agent (applicant, petitioner, or attorney) will receive instructions for the further processing of this petition within 6 to 8 weeks"

So does this mean we can't send anything in till we get our case number? It's been 2 weeks so far and haven't got anything.

    Thanks

  10. Hello, I need to get a PCC from Philippines and Canada. How long does this usually take to get both? We are almost on our NOA2 should be hearing something in a week or two. I hear they take quite a long time to get. Any possible way to get both PCC's fast? And my wife is in Windsor, Canada does she need to go Toronto to get the PCC's? , can she get it in Windsor? or is it possible to do online.

    Thank you

  11. Hello,

I have a question in regards to CR1 - Police Clearance Certificates. My wife is from Philippines and she went to Canada to live and is where we got married. She been there for 2 and half years already living in Canada under the caregiver program. Question is, will she need to get a PCC from Philippines? or is just Canada fine? or both? And will she need to go back to her country to get it?

    Thank you
