I called DOS @ 202-663-1225, they told me packet 3 was sent out, so I emailed the DS 230 part 1, form and the next they emailed and mailed packet 4.. So no still have not receive packet 3 . But they emailed both my fiance and I all the contents of packet 4. Thank God....
