It has been more than 30 days have since card ordered will you probably call the 800 #? or do you think it is because of the past holydays? hope you get it soon.

Need to send in the I-90 with ORIGINAL GREEN CARD, and a copy of you approval letter, and a copy of your birth certificate and a small explanation on what is the mistake. the timeline is about 90 days. I do not know if they send NOA but if you find out let us know because some people gets one some dont. No fee.

Some people get one others I've heard dont but if you find out let us know, the timeline shows 90days. who gets biometrics or who does not, they are mix answers.

I agree that police report is the first step. USCIS is always want to drain your money by asking you to replace it, but you should probably (waste) your time and make an infopass and see what they will say, i do not see the point of replacing it. it will take more time to get it than removing condition.

I would still show up anyway and maybe you might get explanation, I do not think they are anything wrong they found, maybe they are overbooked and have less staff. but we are just guessing. good luck

Someone correct us here; but I think if the charges were under $500 and were dismissed you do not have to report them. as long as there were not criminal, of felons. I think I read them somewhere on the instructions. I know one person who was arrested one night for forgeting to pay the traffic fines ontime and charges were dismissed and he was fine at the interview and he did not report it.

She does not have to wait until her 90days open, as soon as she divorce she can start the process. these kind of cases are hard and the most important thing is to prove that you entered in the marriage in a good faith. Consulting an attorney wont be bad.

The 2009 should be fine you do not need the last 3 anymore. as far as payment you can do one check. since you have started your paperwork early go through them again and see if everything is upto date

Save money and send it through USPS priority mail with tracking number.

The most important thing to do is to get married within 90 days. you can send your AOS paperwok later but remember that you will not be able to work, or travel out of the country. the payment is $1010.00
O.K. to highlight evidence documents for I-751?

Great idea to highlight so that the officer can see quickly and he will see that you are organize and that he does not have to dig to find things; ie less hassel and maybe approved without interview.
