      @seanjay - what i did was i emailed NVC to inquire if they received our papers already..the next day they replied with our MNL case number..i dont know if the same thing will happen to you, kasi yung iba hndi sila nakakakuha ng MNL number via email so they call NVC instead..just try it :)

      yes, copying & pasting is fine but if you keep a history of your Yahoo chats then you can print that.

    Advise needed from my VJ readers!! Are letters of intent really necessary for a K1 visa, or my fiance can take it to the interview? We can not endure a second RFE after 7 months and 2 weeks of waiting. Thanks in for your advises

      i think USCIS will request the Letter of Intent from you guys.. and once you receive your NOA2, your fiance will need to write another updated letter of intent.. just wait for them to request it from you and see how it goes.

      Yes, u and your fiance should write a letter of intent when applying for K1 visa. It must be included in the I-129F application package together with other documents and proof of relationship.
