Does it an absolutely require to have a wedding party? The reason why I ask because my fiancee and I doesn't have money to do a normal wedding party. We are planning to do a small gathering at our homes with relatives only. I wonder if that will create any troubles?

i have a question, though --- could i travel outside US while my AOS is in process? because im confused in this matter. I came here under K1 visa and got married within the 90-day term. Is it true that I dont have to file for advance parole if my AOS has already been filed? thanks.

Im filling out I-485 now. Is it ok if I don't put any middle name anymore because Im now using my husband's last name. When we registered I opted to not use any middle name at all. Using my new legal name would suffice, am i right? Thanks.

My I-94 form was attached to my passport by the immigration officer at the airport. Do I have to photocopy its back portion when there's really nothing important written there? I need to know because I'll submit this together with my other documents for my AOS package. Thanks!!!

im also about to have my vaccines done to complete my I-693 form. i suggest that you check the USCIS web site for updated list of vaccines. also, when you see the doctor again make sure that you only tell them you need vaccine and not the full medical exam again.

I'm on K1 visa and is now filing for adjustment of status. I'm not sure if I should fill out I-693 since I already had my medical exam before I came to the US. I also went through vaccination and I was given my copy of DS-3025 (vaccination documentation worksheet).

Do I just include my DS-3025 in my application for AOS or do I have to see a doctor first to certify my vaccine record? I am confused. Thanks for your help.

I came here under K1 visa and got married 2 weeks ago. My husband and I applied for my SS number and thankfully received my Social Security card last week.

we have over a thousand emails just from last fall....he emails me when im at work and hes at work our timing is the same now bcos he works nights. We made print screens showing his emails to me and mine to him on my yahoo email acct but we are trying to go thru some of the emails and provide actual content of about one per month...would that work as well? (along with cards, chats, facebook stuff and skype, msn , yahoo log on and off?)

My take on this would be to not put the children's info on the I129F form since they're not coming with the mother,anyway. But provide proof of marriage termination with the ex-husband.

What if i don't have a copy of call logs (skype or yahoo voice calls) between me and my fiance? Is that a problem? I only have his letters/cards, emails and chat logs as proof of our correspondences.
