    do we really need to have affidavits from 2 people who can help us prove our marriage is legal when we submit papers for removal of condition on my visa? thanks.

      If you have enough evidence like joint bank account, joint lease,car or health insurance policy with both your names, I don't think you need affidavits from friends. Because when I had my ROC couple yrs ago, I did not have one.

      Also, bring some utility or medical bills with both your names in the account.

      @johnlovechona - yes, i had the medical exam first then paid my visa fee and called USEM for my interview schedule.

      hi pinkdelyt, pwd pala mauna ang medical exam before paying visa fee and schedule for interview? Ano po pala ang requirements ng St. lukes? pwd pala wala pang appointment from USEM? Need your insights..thanks

      yes, pwede mauna ang medical then pay your VISA fee afterwards. St Luke's just need you to bring your passport, photocopy of your passport, photocopy of your NOA2 and letter from NVC that contains your case number..dont forget to bring atleast 4 pcs of 2x2 US VISA fotos. I didn't wait for USEM's appointment letter anymore. I just cut short the process to speed up everything after getting my NOA2. Hope I was able to help you.

      i arrived at St Luke's 5:15 AM and finished by 10:45 AM..it was fairly quick coz i got there early..the waiting time for every procedure was at normal range..madaming tao kung late ka na dumating..

    there's this couple on VJ who got their NOA2 already when in fact we filed just a week earlier than them.. now that confuses me on how California Service Center works on our papers.. i hope they review all November filers SOON..

      i got my VISA after 4 working days. Sometimes it takes 7-10 working days for VISAS to be delivered to your house.
