do we really need to have affidavits from 2 people who can help us prove our marriage is legal when we submit papers for removal of condition on my visa? thanks.
If you have enough evidence like joint bank account, joint lease,car or health insurance policy with both your names, I don't think you need affidavits from friends. Because when I had my ROC couple yrs ago, I did not have one.
