    So my mum is UK needs to print and sign the form, correct?

    My mother's I-130 was approved HOWEVER I need to file I-824 - not sure why? Mother is in UK, If I don't file I-824, she/I will not get the Welcome letter from NVC - or does it not have any bearing?

    after responding to RFE for mothers birth certifcate her I-130 was approved. timeline is PD Jan 4, 2023 actively reviewed april 23, 2023 RFE requested dec 4, 2023 RFE RESPONDED dec 8, 2023 case being is being reviewed dec 8, 2023 actively reviewed dec 22, 2023 APPROVED Dec 26, 2023 now waiting on my dads to be approved

    Nothing in documents tab I have to wait for the actual mail. Its excruciating waiting but at least it's an RFE.

    Do you have to MAIL the additional evidence requested? Or can it be uploaded to unsolicited evidence ONLINE? If Mailing, do you mail by regular USPS with tracking?
