    I have been trying to form the packet for my fiance and when I went on the Nigeria embassy website on VJ it says the forms my fiance will need is..DS 156, DS 156K ..and OF-167. When i went to the Nigerian website it says that he can go online and fill out the DS-160??? I am so confuse and i dont want to mess up...pls help.

    i received my RFE in the mail today and they ask for me to fill out the G325 form for my fiance and photo of me...i thought they would ask for more than that...i have my fiance to send his photo but its going to take 2 wks...should i just send what they ask for or wait for his photo to send as well

      Only send what they asked for. Your fiance will have to provide pictures with the information the embassy requests for the interview. If you really feel you should send pictures of your fiance now, can your fiance email the picture to you so that you can have it printed? That would save you the waiting time for mail.

      i spoke with him today and i want to send pictures...thanks for the advice..you know this can be very stressful..

      @hubagluvgwapo...yes they gave me an "A" number...i made sure it was on the G325. Also when i sent the other info i put the "A" number as well as my receipt number on the other documents i sent

    I filed the I129 f in Dec. 2010 . .when i filed i wasnt familiar with this website. I sent the forms and a copy of my passport but i didnt send a cover letter or pictures or proof of relationship...my question is do you think they will be sending me a RFE?...i just want to be prepared and have the info if it comes

      Oh noooo...so if i re file do i have to pay the fee again and then wait 5 to 6 months all over again?

      also i received a letter that they have my info and they cash my check..

      yes that's right... when u re-file u need to pay again for the fee and wait again for another 5mons. :)

    i am a little confuse on the K-1 process...Dec. 15 the Vermont Center wrote me to say they received my apllication..how long does it take?
