I filed the I129 f in Dec. 2010 . .when i filed i wasnt familiar with this website. I sent the forms and a copy of my passport but i didnt send a cover letter or pictures or proof of relationship...my question is do you think they will be sending me a RFE?...i just want to be prepared and have the info if it comes

  I forgot to send some papers too. We send our visa application the 15/08/10 and couple of days ago the 28 of March we receive a DENIED email! we NEVER get a request for more information so if you dont receive it you should find a way to send it. We did not know about those papers until we receive the denied. We havent get the formal letter yet but I will post it when I receive it. My advice! is fix the mistake soon!

  @Pame: dont worry even u get denied u can re-file ur K1 packet again... good luck on the next filing and be sure that u complete ur packet now.. ok.. GOD bless...
