Hi, I was wondering why they have asked for so many evidence from you? Do you have any of red flags in your petition like age difference, any previous marriage, etc......thanks advance..best luck

I have called everyday the past two days and they tell me that it is within processing time and that I should wait and call on the 22nd of May because that will be my 5 months.. but I'll call today as well

Hi Rosy, I am in same boat as you are.I am planning to put congressional inquiry. I heard that involving congressman or senator in your case can end up giving you RFE or denial of petition....is that true...what is your opinion.....what is right step to take in this situation..

Hi Guys, Do you have CSC contact detail???? I mean any e-mail address or fax no. other than listed on USCIS web site. I guess have seen somewhere in june/july fillers who were stuck with their petition and tried to contact CSC.... thanks..

there were 3 approved yesterday....gotta keep in mind the people that are on vj are only a small number of the people who actually apply

My dear friend. Please do not blindly assumed that everybody filed in December are not VJ. Lets assumed that you are right then we must have approval in order. I mean to say atleast first week of December should be cleared by now for Vj members. Why your statement is only true for December fillers. We have seen rapidly approving petitions for November fillers!!!! Same is true for K1 December fillers. If you see igor's list there are 10 K1 approvals on 21st alone......there something fishy here...we got to wake up.....same thing happened to June and July fillers...everybody knows about it............

Also, please don't forget that not everyone is updating their timeline on VJ, so we don't really know who got approved and not. Plus, there are tons of applicants to who are not on VJ. I am still being optimistic. We all have not reached our 5-month mark. Today is Monday, so let's hope to see more approvals

Hi guys, we all are in same boat. But I do not understand that why there is no approval since starting of april. April is about to end but it seems that csc is not moving up any petition filed in month of December as compare to K1 petitions....it is so much frustrating. any idea!!!!

Please no K1 fillers in CR-1 forums....please stay where you guys where you belong to...please.....respect CR1 privacy......again for all CR1 fillers.....there are tons and tons and tons of approval of K1 fillers........one or no approval since last 3 weeks for CR1 fillers....please no reply from k1 fillers will be accepted here....

Hi, I have been keeping eye on Igor's list. CSC cleared almost 90% of November CR1 petition in last 15 days of march. Today is 21st of April but they haven't even cleared 40% of December fillers?????? There are tons and tons of approval everyday for December K1 fillers at CSC????? Do they actually just stop working on December CR1 petitions.......We all December fillers have to contact CSC to know what is going on??? Otherwise it will be very late afterwards????

Hi, I understand your situation. But there may be some red flag in your petition....like...age difference between you and your wife....may their system might showing that you guys may be relatives.....has anyone of you married before....one personal question.....are you guys really got married...no offense but if any of your document has something wrong in it....they might put for AP.....there are many other things to know...before any VJ member can help you......my best wishes with you.....good luck

I was wondering that there are not many approvals since last 2 weeks. According to time-line they (CSC)are supposed to process November 1st week fillers. But I do not see any approvals for same. Do you have ideas what is going on?? Do they have long holidays at CSC?? Any idea??? Thanks.
