Im so happy that hubby's here! Its all worth the wait

Answered prayer my husband was approved for his visa interview last July 5 & received his visa July 8. Flight booked for July 12. We are so excited & happy, we can finally start our married life together. Thanx VJ friends!

We finally got a new interview date, July 5 instead of Aug 4. 1 month earlier! We are so happy, I thank God, He is amazing!

My hubby's medical was finally done... Now, im on the process of finding the soonest possible interview date. It would have been nice if we can always go back to this re-scheduling website & be able to just check for availabilities of appointments without canceling the prior schedule.

I called NVC earlier today, got an interview date for my hubby, June 10 @ 0830, Im a bit sad coz my husband wouldn't make it that day coz his medical result wont be due till June 13 (sputum culture). I tried calling manila embassy & they said they cant re-schedule, my husband needs to wait for the result first & st. lukes clinic will re-schedule it for him.

Our case was completed yesterday @ NVC!!! Thank you Lord! Im so happy

Whew! I finally closed the package, after hundred times of double checking, making sure im not missing anything. AOS & IV packet, all in 1 package... Ready to send...

finally got our NVC Case Number! after 12 working days, felt like months of waiting..

madalas ko basahin d2 sa visajourney ung NVC filers- March 2011 or NVC filers- April 2011. My mga natututunan din ako dun, if you have questions let me know or you can just ask pala sa thread ng NVC filers.

wala parin eh, im really hoping next week meron na.. ikaw meron na ba? kung sakali baka pala magkasabay pa ang mga hubby natin sa medical

Here is a good topic that i find really helpful regarding the medical at St. Lukes. Search for: Sputum Test in St. Lukes Walkthrough.

sa philippines, pwede na mg-start mgpa-medical kung my case # na. Kpag may mkikita kc silang abnormal sa xray like a scar, they would ask the applicant to do sputum test-3days & if it comes back negative, they need to send it for culture which takes about 2 more mos. That's why applicants usually do it right after they get the case # to avoid further delay.

its me again! 3/21 approval ko via email tpos 3/21 daw nila na-receive case ko (weird, ewan ko pano nangyari yon pero pasalamat nlng ako).. Hanggang ngayon wla prin case#, sabi ng ibang operator, call after 4-6 wks, ung iba nman after 1wk, but i've been calling them everyday until I get the case# so hubby could start his medical, hehe!

i just wanted to confirm, for the NVC-tax requirement, are they asking for the Form 1040 only or do I have to include Form 540?

Received an email today, NOA2 APPROVED!!! yeepee!!!

Its almost 5mos & no NOA2 yet cant help to feel bad that those who filed after us were approved first Right now im just staying strong & patient, trying to convince myself that I still have 2 more wks to go before 5 mos. So hopefully good news is just around the corner. Keeping my fingers crossed for NOA2 next week...
